If you're running more than 10 minutes late, we'll have to reschedule your appointment.
Please read over our Late, Cancellation & No Show Policies below before booking your appointment.

LATE, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES

Late Policy - If you're more than 10min late to your appointment, we WILL have to reschedule your booking. This may incur a $25 late fee. Barbers need adequate time to carry out barbering services & prevent running late for the next appointment.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your appointment within 1hrs of your appointment this may incur a $25 cancellation fee, as it is difficult to fill the appointment with such short notice.

No-Show Policy - Failure to attend your appointment without any attempt to contact us may incur a $40 no-show fee, as the appointment will go unfilled.

These policies provide fairness to our hard-working barbers and dedicated customers waiting for appointments.
